2. Nature of Advisory & Demo Environment
This website and portal application represent the production design interface of ARD Homes. Real property listings, title deeds, and contracts are verified against live Dubai Land Department (DLD) registers prior to binding execution. Advertised property projections, rental yields, and financial simulations are indicative and do not constitute formal investment advice or guaranteed financial returns.
3. Escrow and Funds Remittance
In strict compliance with UAE Law No. 8 of 2007 on Real Estate Development Escrow Accounts, ARD Homes does not accept direct client deposits for off-plan property purchases. All booking and installment funds must be remitted directly to the designated DLD-approved project escrow bank account.
4. Applicable Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising in connection with agency agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts or the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
