1. Data Controller
ARD Homes Real Estate LLC acts as the data controller regarding identity documentation (passports, Emirates IDs), title deeds, and contact details collected during property inquiries, viewings, and transactions.
2. Collection of Identity and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Data
Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2018 on Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism, real estate brokers are classified as Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions (DNFBPs). We are legally obligated to verify client identity, source of wealth, and beneficial ownership before executing real estate transactions.
3. Storage & Cross-Border Transfers
Client data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256 encryption. We never sell, rent, or trade client personal or financial information to third parties.
