Our registration details have not yet been published here. We will not display a licence or registration number until the genuine details have been entered by an authorised member of our team. Please contact us if you need them before then.
Advertising permits
Property advertising in Dubai requires a permit number issued for the specific listing. Where a permit number has been recorded for a property, it is shown on that property's page. If a listing you are viewing does not display one, ask us for it before proceeding.
Client verification
We are required to verify the identity of our clients and, for purchases, to understand the source of the funds involved. You will be asked for identification documents and, in some cases, supporting evidence of funds before a transaction can proceed. Documents you provide are stored privately and are accessible only to the members of our team whose role requires it.
Figures shown on this website
Prices, availability, sizes, service charges, handover dates and construction progress change over time. Where we show such a figure we also show the date it applied to, and where a figure is an estimate we label it as one and state the assumptions behind it.
Rental yields and returns shown in our calculators are estimates derived from the assumptions you select. They are not forecasts and they are not guarantees. The value of property and the income from it can fall as well as rise. You should take independent professional advice, including on the tax treatment in your own country of residence, before committing to a purchase.
